Tickets are now on sale for euphoria, the 11th annual food, wine and music festival in Greenville, SC. During September 22–25, 2016, more than 6,000 food lovers will decent on #yeahTHATgreenville from all over the world for a whirlwind weekend of celebrated chefs, celebrity singers and songwriters, craft brewers, cookbook authors, sommeliers, and unique culinary experiences.
“Named one of the “10 Southern Food Festivals You Need to Taste” by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, “Top 20 Events in the Southeast,” and praised in USA Today, Oprah Magazine and The New York Times – euphoria highlights the crazy culinary talent in Greenville, our award winning city.
This year, the talented euphoria team has created a whole new look and feel for the event! Euphoria’s home base has expanded to include the West End near Fluor Field. While the signature events like Songwriters Recipe, Taste of the South, Traffic Jam, and Sunday Brunch are still on, new events and locations have been added celebrating Greenville’s thriving downtown.
The South’s hottest pitmasters will be stoking the fire for some delicious offerings, America’s Got Talent’s Benton Blount joins Euphoria this year to share his award winning musical talent, and TWO 2016 James Beard Award winning chefs will be a part of this year’s events, Peabody award-winning Chef Vivian Howard and three-star Michelin Chef Curtis Duffy of Grace in Chicago.
I am crazy excited to be attending the Farm to Fork: All Female Chef Dinner at Serenity Farm featuring Chef Vivian Howard, Grits and Groceries Chef Heidi Trull, and one of my local girl chef faves, Teryi Youngblood. The husband and I are dividing and conquering the Saturday workshops. He’s hitting the BBQ workshop and I’ll be attending the Something to Wine About: Wine Meets Punchline wine workshop featuring sommelier Laurie Forster.
This year’s lineup is intense. For a complete list of offerings go here.
What began in 2006 as a three-day festival highlighting Greenville, SC’s culture, depth of talent and outstanding revitalized downtown, now draws nationally acclaimed chefs, celebrity singers and songwriters, craft brewers, Master Sommeliers and more for a euphoric four-day weekend. Proceeds from euphoria Food, Wine + Music Festival benefit charitable organizations that provide sustenance to those in need, educate through music, and support children in need across the Upstate of South Carolina.
