I’m a multi-tasking crazy woman right now. I’m selling my Gap Creek Gourmet mobile, so I can upgrade to the new 4Runner Trail. It’s gorgeous. I will miss my tape deck. Yes, my 2004 4Runner still has a tape deck. And I still have mixtapes from 1993. Most of them have “One” by U2 on them.
Is anyone watching You Me Her? Seriously. This would NOT work out in real life. Those people better call a good divorce lawyer because that’s not going to end well. But dang it’s fun to watch! Also currently watching The Girlfriend Experience. (I’m beginning to see a pattern here.) It’s the new Secret Diaries of a Call Girl. All three are NOT PG.
I am NOT renewing my love for Fear the Walking Dead. It’s crazy intense and probably the most hopeless show on television. Yes, even worse than Walking Dead, though def not as gory. I told my husband we are going to have to start watching it in the middle of the afternoon so I have time to recover before I try to go to sleep. I guess it’s so hard to digest because we know what’s coming. Are you watching? What do you think?
I resubscribed to Entertainment Weekly. My husband and I were feeling totally out of the pop culture loop since I wasn’t getting my weekly mag. Our watch lists are starting to fill up again. (Whew!) I am bummed I missed the HBO special about Nora Ephron! Did anyone see it? I love her work. I totally have to go hunt that one down. Can you say, “Thank God for on Demand?”
I am currently obsessed with motivational quotes and books written by kick ass women.
Also currently CRAZY obsessed with Gary Vaynerchuk. He makes tons of money. He’s totally driven and freaking brilliant. And he has a potty mouth. What’s not to love? Caution, if you are an idea person like I am, this guy will send you into idea overdrive mania. If I binge watched all of his videos, I think I could start an empire… or at least be well on my way. I just lost twenty minutes of my life (okay, forty-five, after I went back to edit this post and changed my mind for the third time) searching for one of his videos to share with you. Check out the Gary Vaynerchuk YouTube Channel and click around the episodes of #AskGaryVee Show
Dog shoes are just one of my recent finds in my quest to discover all the possible things I could purchase with a corgi on it. I wouldn’t wear them in public, but I’d totally walk the dogs in them. (There are also cat shoes.) No, I don’t actually purchase these rando things I find, I just put them in my shopping cart and then abandon ship (like that pun?) before purchasing. Is this the modern day version of taking random things out of your shopping cart like “sugar-pow” cereal or Little Debbie Oatmeal Pies that you REALLY don’t need and putting them on the cleaning aisle right before checkout? (You’ve totally done that. Don’t lie.)
