There are six days left to enjoy the great deals of Restaurant Week Greenville! More than 40 restaurants around the Upstate are participating this year with prix fixe menus and amazing menu offerings. And new this year? Some restaurants are offering their special Restaurant Week menus during lunch service, so gather the lunch crew and get out there! Also, remember the QR codes for Greenville Small Plate Crawl? They are back for Restaurant Week. A new partnership between South Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association (SCRLA) and Checkpoint Scan Technology provider, ChekTrek, gives you the chance to eat, scan and WIN!
Restaurant Week is an annual State-wide event highlighting the cuisine of South Carolina. It’s not only a great opportunity to explore the Greenville restaurants you’ve been dying to try, it’s a fantastic time to hop in the car and check out restaurants across the State. Not too late to plan a weekend getaway!
To see a list of participating restaurants, visit www.restaurantweeksouthcarolina.com. Reservations are recommended for most participating restaurants. Take advantage of your Open Table app on your phone when making those reservations (and rack up on some Open Table points).
Don’t forget to SCAN when you check-out at each restaurant for a chance to win one of 40+ restaurant gift certificates. Servers should present you with a “Server Card” containing a QR code and a four digit code with your check presenter. Either scan the QR code with your QR reader (free in the app store) or write down the four digit code with the restaurant name on a scrap of paper and enter the code at ChekTrek.com from your home computer. The more QR codes you scan, the better your chances to win. Remember, if ANYONE in a group purchases from the special Restaurant Week menu, EVERYONE in the group gets to scan the QR code for validation. Prize winners will be contacted by email when Restaurant Week is over. Get out there and try those restaurants, people!
Full bellies need a warm bed! Restaurant Week packages are available at many SCRLA hotels. A complete listing of participating restaurants and hotels can be found at www.RestaurantWeekGreenville.com.
Hundreds of restaurants state-wide will participate in the 2016 South Carolina Restaurant Week. A complete list of participating South Carolina restaurants can be found at www.RestaurantWeekSouthCarolina.
