Wicked cupcake magician and a damn good cook, Nichole is addicted to magazines, Instagram, television and is a whiskey and coffee aficionado who has no problem eating cake for breakfast. She also loves to visit restaurants, as well as food and wine festivals across the Southeast.
Nichole specializes in media relations, itinerary, business consulting, networking, project management, and social media for the hospitality industry across North and South Carolina. She has supported businesses and organizations in the food industry through special projects, events, public relations, promotions, and consulting.
She is also the Co-Founder and Director of Creative Operations for Growers and Makers Markets, a non-profit organization, which produces farmers markets and food events across the Carolinas as well as the Greer Farmers Market in Greer, SC.
