19 Restaurants, 3 Days

IMG_6301[1]

I can’t believe it’s been almost two weeks since our first Greenville Small Plate Crawl event! Laura and I put in a crazy amount of time on this project and it was way more successful than we could have hoped. The moment we stepped into Runway Cafe, the first restaurant on our crawl, and noticed how many of the people there were holding Crawl Passports, we knew it was going to be big. Approximately 750 people crawled during the three day event! I was one of them. I hit 19 restaurants in 3 days. Talk about a food hangover!

A big thank you to my friends, family and Gap Creek Gourmet fans who crawled, to our sponsors who made our prizes and publicity possible, to the bloggers and media who helped us spread the word and to all of the chefs who came out to our shoots to publicize the event. We appreciate you all!

If you missed this year’s Greenville Small Plate Crawl, don’t fret! It looks like we’re on for next year. Stay tuned for a date.

These are some of my personal highlights from the crawl. Enjoy.
