Indie Craft Parade

If handmade arts and indie crafts are your thing, the Indie Craft Parade is not to be missed. This festival is the best of the indie craft scene and features art, fiber goods, clothing, children’s goods, bath and body items, food, and more. Come out and say hello to food vendors Due South Coffee Roasters, Sweeteeth Chocolate, and Everyday Eclectic! VIP tickets are sold out, but general admission is available at the door for $2.

Dishcrawl’s Sunday Supper : 500 years of American culinary history
September 14th, 5pm
Greenville, SC
This six-course dinner is a culinary adventure through the events that shaped American culture. Eat your way through our American history: Independence, the Industrial Revolution and Prohibition, the Age and Boom of 1950’s suburbia, the Culinary Renaissance of the late 20th century, the locally sourced dishes of today, and a peek into the future of food in America. Traveling Barista Brewing Class and Tasting at The Cook’s Station

This one is for the coffee lovers! Will Shurtz, a traveling artisan barista, will be providing a craft coffee experience at The Cook’s Station. Try new roasts and leave knowing how to brew the perfect cup of joe. Tickets are $30/person. RSVP online.

Slow Food Earth Market at NOMA Square

This market takes a slightly different approach from to the “farmers market” by focusing on fair trade that boosts local economies and shortens the food chain. If clean, organically produced goods are important to you, the Slow Food Market is worth a visit. Admission is free.

Euphoria

If you make it to one foodie event this year, Euphoria is the one to attend. Featuring tasting events, cooking demonstrations, wine seminars, multi-course dinners, and live musical performances, this weekend-long event shines the spotlight on Greenville’s Culinary and Arts communities. SC Upstate Septembrew Fest
September 20th, 1-5pm

Swamp Rabbit Brewery’s first annual brewfest is the ultimate celebration of craft beer. All six of our upstate breweries will be serving up their favorites. Fill your belly with good eats by Butt Seriously BBQ and Ellada Kouzina food truck, and enjoy live music while sipping beer in your commemorative glass. Tickets are $35 and are on sale now.

Farm Fresh Fair

If the Indie Craft Parade had a sister, this would be it. With a focus on fresh and scratch-made foods and handmade and vintage goods, the Farm Fresh Fair features many of Greenville’s best artisans. Food vendors include Tupelo Honey Cafe, Larkin’s on the River Catering, Front Porch Churn, Circa Doughnut, Haltoms BBQ, Swamp Rabbit Cafe, Good to Go Mobile Market, Bethel Trails, Pies R Squared, Kuka Juice, Chocolate Moose, GarnerGirls Specialty Food, Green River Pickles, King of Pops, and ASADA. General admission is $5 for adults/$1 for children. What an incredible line-up!

TD Saturday Farmers Market
Saturdays in September though October 25th, 8:30am-12:30pm
Main Street, Greenville, SC
Even though fall is approaching, the Greenville Farmers Market is still open for business! In addition to the best local produce, food, and crafts in the Upstate, you’ll find live music, cooking demonstrations, and children’s activities. Admission is free.

Travelers Rest Farmers Market
Saturdays in September, 9am-12pm and Thursdays in October 5-8pm
Travelers Rest, SC
Similar to the Greenville market, this market can be found on the Swamp Rabbit Trail and features local farmers, food vendors, and artisans. And starting in October, The Travelers Rest Farmers Market will be open Thursday nights from 5-8pm for their Harvest Market. The harvest market will feature the farmers you love as well as craft vendors and a community table for dining. Mark your calendar and enjoy these amazing fall markets. Admission is always free.
